figs
Brian, the Alpine figs look better especially the one closest to the veh, or you could get the new Steiner figure and maybe change the head!

Hi Bryan.
Wonderful job you have done here. This will surely be an eye popper when finished!
I tend to favor the two figures in front 'cause the balance the scene better.

This is really starting to look good. I also think the two alpines in front look best.

Update 19/03/09
Finally got around to putting the roof tiles on , these are just made out of plasticard with the edges rounded off and glues into place ,I gave it a coat of primer just to show up any flaws

Great work, I'm looking forward to base and fig. painting.140/1 looking very good
I think so model on backgroud on page 5 is T-28 super heavy tank right , and background model on this page is maybe UK Mastiff 2 or US Cougar (same vehicle different user)...modern vehicles isnt my cup of tea.
Cheers.

Figure
I received this Firestorm figure from her Blondeness in the post yesterday , much appreciated , I decided to do it a "Tan / Water pattern late" reversible suit ,the only problem being that this camo has a faded edge , after talking to some friends i decided to try and airbrush the pattern , never tried this on a 1/35 figure before ! , anyway this is how much I have done so far , maybe get the head painted tonight ,opinions welcome ! , thanks again to Jenny for the figure

Thought I'd browse through your thread, Brian.
Good job well done on the vehicle! The white-wash really settled in when you gave it some weathering! Love the way you made it!
I never attempt that type of camo on figures because of the faded edge. Yours came out very good! Whenever I'll come round to try this camo on my figure I'll ask you for some detailed tips!
Look forward to the finished dio.
Regards
Noel

I had a local show on at the weekend and although the vehicle was pretty much done I didn't have any figures , I finally completed the Firestorm figure Jenny sent me and mudied up the tracks so i could at least put it on a plain base , |I hope to finally get some work on the base done in the coming weeks . here's where it is at the moment , thanks for all your comments
