Looking good John . I love the lead foil tarp ? or is it going to be a aerial recognition flag ?

Thanks all for the comments.
At this stage Jenny it’s just a tarp to protect the gun. The lead foil is probably a bit over scale but it should still look ok.

Have added some Model Master Panzer Grey (looks a bit light to me) to the two StuG’s.

Looks good John. I wouldn't worry about the grey being too light at this stage as the weathering will darken the finish a lot. There is also the scale-effect to consider, so it's best to start off light and darken up to where you need to be.

Hi John:

They are excellent models you have there. And I also think that you shouldn't worry about the shadeing just yet. You will have lots of time to do several things to either lighten or darken it as you go through the weathering.

I have added the decals and painted a few things. This build is going to take me a while!

Hiya John:

That is a really nice looking little StuG troop you have there. And I also think that the stowage looks real good. I love the paint job you have done on those tarps.

Just about done with StuG 1 (13), have a few things to tidy / fix up and then add some figures. I might get the next one done by the end of next month but not too confident. Any hopes of having the two of them in a Dio by the end of the campaign are dashed!Embarassed

Looking good John. I really like the chipping on the hatches, and the dust.
