Cold Wind - German Infantry 1941-1942 in 1/35th Scale, Kit # MB35103

This is an excellent kit based on German Infantry soldiers fighting the “Cold Wind” in Russia. The uniforms appear to be blowing in the wind and you can almost feel their pain.

The Kit:

Contains 1 sprue with 106 pieces that have no flash.
It has five German Infantry figures, one NCO or Officer with a Sub Machine gun, one enlisted Machinegunner (they give you both the MG-34 and MG-42) and three other enlisted with KAR-98 rifles.
The weapons, uniforms and equipment look amazing.
Conclusion: Once again Master Box has released another very cool set of figures that are a “diorama in a box” and can be displayed alone, or you can put them in a diorama with vehicles? (I'm thinking they would look really cool (no pun intended) walking by an abandoned tank or vehicle covered in snow. Once again the possibilities are endless.
The uniforms and equipment are covered in numerous books, so information on these should not be too hard to find.
Overall this should build into an outstanding replica and is highly recommended for anyone who enjoys figures. I would like to thank Alexander Surzhenko of Master Box Models for the review kit.
