ultrasonic cleaning before paint
a few days ago i decided to experiment with using an ultrasonic cleaner with soap in it to wash model before paint...
scrub a dub it worked beautiful, i hope i have shared something of use with my fellow modellers
after seeing the final results i discovered the machine removed all embedded dust powder and sanding residue
that i swear you wouldn't get scrubbed off without breaking your etch

That is a cool looking little gadget. It is one of those things I have heard people that have them talk about them, and I always end up where I am right now. Thinking I need to get one for myself what with all the shelf queens I have that are buried under about a half an inch of permanent dust .

I've also heard of people using these to clean and maintain airbrushes, has anyone tried this with any success ?

I use one for my Air Brush
I throw my Airbrushes as well as other stuff in all of the time.
I will try doing a tank next.
