Reviews
Hi Jenny
I should have the Pack Howitzer shortly for review.
As I have always liked the "cute" little Pack Howitzer I'll be giving it the once or twice over.
I remember having the old Tamiya white metal Pack Howitzer from back in the 70's, gees am I that old
Don't have any release dates as yet but the BA-64 does look interesting also, a little sports car.
Cheers

Nice!
The Ba-64 is a favorite of mine too. Especially the one captured by US troops in Korea and with the fenders removed.
Terry and Jenny, look in the Trusty and Rusty soon for 75 photographs of the Ba-64B. Just remind me when you get a release date from Vision Models.
Teaser:
I also have dimensions taken off the armor.
Regards,
Saúl

Hi Saul.
Looks good, those will be more than useful when the kit arrives.
Just trying to work out who the copyright owner of the image is?
Cheers

New pack howitzer
I saw this over on your site yesterday, and I don't know why. But I was thinking they were resin. Plastic will make a big diffrence in price. And I had the old cast kit in the early 80's, and it's not that the old one was all that terrible, but this one has got to be a much better kit. I can already imagine a diorama with 3 or 4 of them being overrun by a Japanese banzai charge.

Yes, I get a little carried away but it is simply that I got tired of seeing my photos appear in other places unaccredited. Worse was a Chinese site where, once informed that I simply wanted credit for my photo, I was blocked form entering said site.
However, any photos you find useful for your review will be sent with only one copyright notice allowing you to add yours as well. The measurements will need to added to a photo as they are still on a sketch pad. The photo is of the ex-Aberdeen Proving Grounds example which was restored to running condition. Of course, I was allowed to take photos inside and out.
I will wait to see who carries them in the US to buy myself an example. I have been too tired lately to write reviews and have too much of a backlog to want anything else. Most don't realize the responsibility to complete the review and how quickly it becomes work. Sadly, many of the samples I sent to others to review were never reviewed or I ended up rewriting, retaking photos, basically doing everything I was trying to avoid by sending it out to them. Yeah, I should have sent it to Jenny ! (I did not know her then)
She did a great job on the PE and I had to look twice to see it was her work and not yours!
Regards,
Saúl

Jenny's reviews
Yes, thanks for your input Jenny.
It’s not as easy or quick as some think to write a meaningful review that gives modellers a good insight into the kit/update set being reviewed, and Jenny's fit the bill nicely.
We see some about the place these days that are little more that product adverts or infomercials with a few basic few paragraphs and even company supplied photos used.
It’s good to have Jenny on board to help with some of the overflow and there will be more in the future, all things willing.
Cheers
