African Steel rules.

As always, very simple.

1. It must be WWII, and used in the North African campaign. ( I will also accept any immediate pre-war Italian, British, or Ethiopian builds)

2. Do not begin construction before December 1st. We will want the usual photo of the unstarted kit with some form of time reference.

3. We would really really really like in progress build photos as you go.
