Mel and Richies build Stug Victory
Well I was looking at all Jennys stuff and wanted to join the fun so I asked Richie if he could help and we came up with a great idea. Looking thru books at various tanks and photos I was amazed at how easy the tank turrets get blown off. In the stash was an extra Stug an after getting Richies advice we came up with a diorama plan
The other kit the same as this had lots of extra brass and stuff but this scares me a bit, Richie said that he will get some brasss screens off Jennys build which are leftover. I will let Richie explain the turret cause that is his area and maybe some camo for me.

Re: Mel and Richies build Stug Victory
As Mel said she liked the idea of a KO'd vehicle. Having been chatting to Jenny about a conversion she wants for a Elefant diorama. She has a AFV club T34 which has a full interior, the pz abt had munitionpanzers made from captured T34s, minus turrets and open topped. Therefore the turret, was not required and had a full interior so would be ideal as a victim for Mels Stug.

Gday Mel and Richie
Sounds like a very cool scene of de-turreting mayhem! You got to love Tamiya kits too, not as much drama to build as most other brands. Sweet!
Cheers
