I will be the first on the list with the ooooooold Imperial Series DML StuG IV late. With lots and lots of spare parts box bits and pieces and some photo etch and plastic sheet, rod, tube etc. and anything else I can find to do my best to bring it up to close to the current standards.

Would a StuIG 33 be allowed? I have one in the stash and I don't have any StuGs. If not, any recommendations on available kits?

Thanks Gary. It's the elderly Dragon kit, likely depicted as the one with Winterketten photographed at Stalingrad. Off of the top of my head I have WWII productions track, Moskit exhausts and an Aluminium barrel in the box.

I just started a Stug IV this week...Guess I'll just have to follow along ...

I saw young Leon Sparkes last night at our club build evening.

I'm giving him a DML StuH42 (10.5cm) with Zimmerit to build, with me looking over his shoulder.

I don't have time to build one myself, but this way both of us gets to join in.

Realistically this is the only way I get to see this built.

Between my magazine builds and the ones I do for Deluxe Materials, I couldn't see me having the time.

This way I can help Leon in his development of skills, and get a very fine kit out of the stash.

I'd like to enter a second StuIG 33 please! The old Imperial series kit is going to be built as a summer '43 vehicle, whilst the new kit (which is on order) will be the one depicted with the tired nose down aspect.

Nice one John Between us we'll be able to field a good proportion of the vehicles that were manufactured. Which version you going for, Stalingrad, Kursk or last of the survivors in '44?
