Dragon "Orange Box" release
I am sure there will be lots of people interested in this one. So have at em, and get them while you can.
One of the things I have appreciated about these releases besides the usually decent price, is the little "extras" that they throw in the box, and these figures are not to bad of an extra goodie.

I don't normally go for "Paper Panzers", but this is worth getting just for the sheer lunacy of the thing.

The only defence I could come up with would be that they did actually build at least one of these things, even if it was only made of wood .

Are you sure? I'm not certain myself, but I thought one or two were built for trials. I mean built from that....shiny rusty stuff....um, oh that's it - steel!?!?

Nope. they didn't have to steal it. They owned it.

Re: Dragon "Orange Box" release
From what Ive read two were finished, one with a gun turret, one with a turret-like box to simulate the weight. They were both discovered by advancing Soviet forces at the Kummersdorf Proving Grounds, where the retreating Germans attempted to destroy them. The Soviets put together pieces from the two to make the one on display now at Kubinka. Thats the prevailing wisdom anyway. SOME people claim the turreted version actually saw combat but Ive never found any corroborating evidence to support the claim. I still have one from the original run in the stash back in Oz, but if its cheap enough I might get one here too.
