Re: FINALLY!!
Ohhh, I have always wanted one or two of these little things.
But I always worried about all the shelf space it would take up .

Re: FINALLY!!
Hmm, that WOULD make things a little tedious eh? But I would like at least two. They couldnt be much bigger than a Bren Carrier once finished surely.General Zod wrote:I hope them tracks are link and length.

Individual Bren carrier/Carden Lloyd
Individual Bren carrier/Carden Lloyd are extremely tedious and hard work due to their smal size. These look to me to be link and length but only time will tell. They look very good regardless.

Re: FINALLY!!
Jaymes, for something that small why not try scratching the interior? I doubt you could get a very clear view inside even with all the hatches open so a bit of "gizmology" ought to suffice Id think. Do you have any decent pix of the inside? If you do could you let me know where to find them as Id be interested in them. Jenny, I keep a medium sized magnet and a torch ready at all times as the carpet/flooring monster is a greedy beast.

Re: FINALLY!!
Well I mainly build 1/72 so doing an interior wouldn't be a problem, however Chris what ever he decides for it will be better what I can produce and no doubt more realistic due to the time effort and research he puts in! Plus he's running a business so its best to support these small traders...if your looking for photos of the interior. There is one at bovington Tank museum with the hatches open

Re: FINALLY!!
Just saw the little beastie advertised in a magazine for 3,465 yen which seems a tad pricey (even with the multi-media) for what will surely be a diminutive finished model. And in the same mag the new Tamiya Super Sherman...at the exact same price...hmmm. Ill still grab at least one Vickers though, two would be a stretch at pres unfortunately.

Re: FINALLY!!
Hi Jaymes
Terry has a review of it on PMMS, and Armour Models (formerly Lou Stener) are stocking TM.
I've already got one Tamiya Matilda, which is going to get a Malta "Stone Wall" camo scheme. So I'll also need to get another Matilda kit, as they don't breed well in captivity!
Keep your head down Roy

Re: FINALLY!!
Geez mate, mother earth has been cranky lately. We had a quake here this year, the first I've ever experienced. Not a real big one but it shook me up.

Just got mine
I just Picked up two from LionMarc directly and with postage they were about $40 AUD each which for kit of such quality i feel is quite acceptable. They can be had for less as others have indicated. The kit is every bit as good in the flesh as it looks in the reviews. I am in the process of getting a heap of reference photos of the Puckapunyal, Samur and Bovington examples up on our club website. i will let you know when that is done.
