Re: Its a new Panzer IV from Dragon
Well its a typical dragon kit to quick rushed in production, have a close look at driver and radio operators splash guards , they of the late squared type much too late for this mid variant. Again a missed opportunity for dragon to release a flawless kit.
Yana.
PS: its not that bad to correct that error ,for the rest its a nice kit.

Re: Its a new Panzer IV from Dragon
Lord knows Im a card-carrying Panzerwaffe fan, but even I just roll my eyes when I see new releases like this from Dragon. Why cant they take a leaf out of Broncos book and go for something truly different? Being one of the top players in the game these days surely they could afford to take the odd gamble. Im sure thats one of the reasons (the other being quality) why, despite their price, Bronco has reached the position they have now. Im on a very limited budget, but I put off buying some very necessary new glasses in favour of two Bronco kits 'cos I just HAD to have them!

.
..... I have had my eye on this one for a while, looks good..............
I haven't purchased one yet, but it is on the list.
..... I love the Dragon model kits. The only thing I have ageist them, is,
it makes it a little hard these days, on your collection when they continue
to updating there models. What to do with the old, out of date ones.... ?
............. Targets....... may-haps, in your dios. I have been giving mine
to the charity bin. Perhaps, I should send them to Sean, in China. He could
us them in his modeling class.
..... Any way, I was happy with my Dragon MK IV Ausf. F1.... I am sure this
one will be nice also...........

Hi Mike:
That is a question that has been getting more and more "play time" so to speak lately. What with the almost avalanche of new "updated/upgraded" kits coming out. Personally, if I didn't have a garage already full, I would suggest that you send em all to me

And there is also the idea of considering sending them to troops in Afghanistan or Iraq. Also there are obviously other things that they would love to recieve. I have been sending things about twice a year through this site, hooking up with local shops and wholesale dealers.

Re: Its a new Panzer IV from Dragon
Hi Mike
I find that some of the older kits in my stash find their way to some of our junior modellers.
With new kits often being prohibitively expensive - especially 1/35th AFVs, they can be a good place to start.
It's better for them to practice on a "cheapie", than goof up a goodie.
Sending stuff to the troops gets my vote as well.

Hello Simon,
..... That is also a good idea.
How is the weather in the UK this time of the year.... ?
..... When I was TAD to VQ-4 one of the places that we
launched our ready alert aircraft from was Mildenhall, England.
I miss your country, and it's people. My wife, Leslie Waight was
born in Portsmouth.
..... Anyway....... both idea are good......
Take Care Guys,
