Mu good friend Christophe Jacquemont bought these kits when he visited the Paris hobby shop and is allowing me to share the photos:

As you can see, it is a mix of resin and and existing kit. The IDF conversion also includes a small fret of PE. I have asked Christophe to let me know if the plastic is Trumpeter's or Eastern Express' PT-76 kit.
