Oh my! And I was just commenting on Dragon being likely coming out with a Wirbelwind and an Ostwind! Now we just have to wait a little more for the Mobelwagons to be announced.

The only problem I see with the Ostwind and Wirbelwind is that they will release them without Zimm at first and then, one year later, the Zimm coated one will come out. But it may hard to resist buying those anyway and Dragon know it Razz Laughing

I already have the Kugelblitz in the stash and I'm very curious to see what "updates" Dragon will put in the Orange Box version.

Dragons Committed to the Modeller 3 Schedule Empty Re: Dragons Committed to the Modeller 3 Schedule

Post  sharkmouth Sun May 10, 2009 1:02 pm

It is a nice schedule but I truly wonder about the IS1/2 series. I had been helping Nick Cortese in the hopes Dragon would improve their Iosef Stalin series with photographs and measurements of the weak areas (I still have about six left in my stash with aftermarket goodies). Their thunder was stolen by Tamiya (I own two) but Tamiya only released one variant!

So, I hope to at least see a newly tooled lower hull, gun, and suspension. Otherwise, I will pass and reconsider contributing toward R & D for a Dragon product.

Dammit! Why, oh why do things have to be so great for modellers right now?? Laughing

More great releases from DML. Anyone got an idea of the release schedule/timeline? Just so that I know when I need to take out a 2nd mortgage... lol!
