Etch-grip Empty Etch-grip

Hi

I got myself this as a supplement for soldering, it's not a soldering iron though. It uses glue which is heated upon attachment, and the strenght of the glue should be very good.

Etch-grip DSC01671

I got it because I was put off by all the soldering work associated with the assembly of the ammo containers of the Nashorn. This one will come in handy when attaching the armor plates I think. I haven't tried it out yet, but as soon I get confident with it, I'll post a review.

It have been reviewed at armorama:

Laura is right!

I had this tool in my hands at the last Munich model show. And that´s why I still work with cyanacrylat drops on a CD/DVD and needles... Very Happy It is not easy to applicate very small glue drops. Maybe, I am too gaga. lol! or too conservative.
