Schatton-Modellbau German Antenna Set
Schatton offers a set of three German antennas fitting to any German vehicle of the WW2 era!
The set consists of the 2m Antenna, 1,4m Antenna and the 1,3m Starantenna!
The items in this set are made of turned brass with neat bases!
Highlight of this set is the 1,3m Starantenna - the engineering of this one is very clever since the antenna itself has three little holes to insert the parts for the star in. the three pieces for the six star ends of the antenna have small thicker points so that it is ensured that all are absolutely centered!
Just insert and glue in place, then bend up to a 15° angle and you are done! the only thing to pay attention to is to watch which side of the star parts you insert first since the little knob is off centered due to mounting thickness!
Conclusion: Schatton-Modellbau offers a very useful set of three German antennas that level up any German vehicle for a very reasonable price of 10,--€
Highly Recommended!

Re: Schatton-Modellbau German Antenna Set
Hi Laura,
Are the antennas straight or banana shaped? It could just be the photo but if it is bent, how difficult would they be to straighten out?

it's an optical illusion in the photo! the antennas are absolutely straight, i just checked!
strange ... i hadn't noticed that banana curve in the pic until you pointed out!
if they were bent then straightening would be difficult since the material is quite hard!

Laura,
Thanks for the reply. The photo did indeed give the wrong impression so I am glad to read that they are perfectly straight and made from hard brass.
