Got a  set of 4 tweezers including a locking pair for $1.25 at the local dollar store.

Tweezers are about 4 inches (11.5 cm) long.

I find the dollar store is also a great source for 2 ounces bottles of good quality acrylic paint and brushes for painting figures and using for diorama terrain painting.
