Trumpeter M1911

This set features four identical sprues molded in olive green plastic.

Sprues consists of the following: M1911 handgun, handgun in tanker's shoulder holster, and an empty shoulder holster. What made the set for me is there is one M1911 with the slide BACK. This means that you can FINALLY show a soldier racking his piece, show him cleaning it, or loading a magazine (for those of you in non-firearm areas, the slide stays in the rearward position after the last round has been fired). The sprues also have two spare magazines (NOT CLIPS!).

I compared these little gems to my Colt Gold Cup (made to tighter tolerances, for competition shooting), and they are in scale and highly accurate.

If you model from WWI to Vietnam, get a few of these sets. The price is reasonable at $7.95 U.S.D., and should prove popular.
