Shizouka news from Tamiya

The upcoming Shizouka hobby show will see two great new releases from Tamiya .

In 1/35 scale they will be releasing an all new tooling of the mighty Elefant , the kit has link and length tracks and will have three figures included . Hopefully they will blow us all away by having a nicely molded zimmerit finish ???? More details as they come to hand.

In 1/48 scale they will release the British Matilda will be joining their increasing range .

That would be the first Tamiya kit with zimmerit, right? Can't say I'm real excited, the Dragon Elefant is supposed to be pretty good already. I was hoping to see rumors of a new FT17 materialise.

That Matilda will be real nice to have. No more seeing if a reasonably priced Bandai OOP Matilda can be found.
