Yes, I agree SP, it looks interesting, but Ive never seen/read any reference to it. Not to say Ive seen/read everything, or that Im any kind of expert, or that it didnt in fact exist. But Im guessing if it did it was a one-off, possibly a field conversion, and that limits my likelihood of buying it.

From looking on other sites, that appears to be the case RB.

Just found one actually, from a site in N.Z., and appears to be genuine.
New from Cyber Hobbies PII-with-rollers-before2
It still strikes me as being an in-the-field job though as Ive never seen any previous reference to it. Jeez, Cyberhobby must THOROUGHLY comb the web looking for German obscurities!
Ooh, ya just beat me!

Okay , now we know that Cyber hobby brings out the bizarre weapons in this range , so there would be few at best .

What I am working out is what are the roller wheels off ? They would have to be something reasonably common , a single mine detonation would likely destroy a whole block of four . I am thinking the wheels would be off something captured and at hand . Possibly they look like a profile similar to the large road wheels of a Valentine ? Any other suggestions ?

The pix arent clear but they look similar to arty towing half-track wheels (SdKfz 7 etc), though they look way too small. Something Italian perhaps?
