Changes to Services at Inside the Armour

I hope this is the right place to post this?

It is with great regret that I must announce that I am no longer able to use economy postal services for items ordered from Inside the Armour

Over the last two months, losses of items posted by Royal Mail have creeped up to approximately 15 to 20% of all items sent

Consequently, as of a couple of weeks ago I am now only able to send items by services that can be tracked (it would appear Royal Mail do not lose tracked items as 100% of items sent by these services have arrived....)

Regrettably this means a significant increase in the cost of postage for some locations and some sizes of order

Sorry it has come to this, but with such a high loss rate I can no longer absorb it

Oh dear Chris . Sounds to me like the PO has some well equipped modellers . Well here in Australia , the more expensive the post , the longer it takes for you to get it .... see the extra money is the storage fee !
