As with the other sets Diopark has released they have seen an area where they can provide useful accessories filling a niche that other plastic kit makers have neglected . There is a saying that an army marches on its stomach and with Mini Arts Soviet field kitchens , Tamiyas German ones and every army in fact requiring food , then this set will fill the gap of the actual tools of the trade for mess areas

Instructions as they are are included on the back of the box

Perhaps the best surprise is that not one but two full tables and four bench type seats are provided on two identical "D" sprues which will make this set just that bit more universal .

Meat hooks , a cleaver , bone saw , plates , bowls , rolling pins , carving knives , knives , forks , spoons , frying pans , a candle & stick holder , kettle , cans and a chopping block.

Pots , lids , a saucepan , a bucket , ladles a jug and a mug , this set is comprehensive in its contents.

I think when I look at the increasing range of high quality accessories provided for modellers , we are so lucky to have companies like Diopark catering to our needs . A really useful set with bits that would equally give character in among the stowage of a sherman as they would on a full field kitchen diorama .

Highly recommended

Looking at the bits and bobs that came with this kit, it could be used by both Allied and Axis figures during their chow time? Wink

It's been a while since the review was posted but I just got my set. be aware that the kit comes with just ONE TABLE. Jenny got lucky that Diopark boo booed and put two of those sprues in the kit.

It is a very nice kit though and the teap pot is hollow with a separate lid and handle.

Anyone here?

Cheers
