SdKfz 7
SdKfz 7 in detail
Wings and Wheels Publication #36
112 pages soft cover
I paid $39.99 US from Sprue Brothers
As with every WWP book I've seen this one is a treasure trove of photographs for the modeler. The book covers the 7, 7/1, 7/2. The wealth of photographs show pretty much every aspect of the vehicle. They are clear and large enough to see the detail you want to see. If I had any complaints it would be that all of the pictures are from museums or private collections and so you will find museum work arounds. It would have been nice to balance this with some archive photos. Now dont take that as a negative. The book is worth the price.
Coverage includes early and late models, flak models, and armoured and unarmoured versions. The chassis is well represented and there is a large section on the engine. This is a should have for those Tamiya, Trumpeter, and Dragon kits.
I'll give it 2 thumbs up

Hi James,
Thanks for the review! I'm planning on building a SdKfz 7 so this review is very usefull to me, might look for another book with wartime pictures to go with it.
Thanks Erik
