Re: Jagdpanzer IV L/70 V
Ok..... I just noticed.... first of all the box art is nice! However, I'm noticing 3 return rollers on a panzer IV?
Since it's not one of my favorite tanks, I never did really look into it. Did it has a shortened hull?
Regards
Noel

Same hull lenght Noel. It was the end of the line for the german industry so they had to make cut everywhere they could. On that case the hull received only three roller insted of four.

THanks for the reply Richard!
Wow, so it was really bad! They could also have removed the safety lever from all the fire arms to save on metal!

Oh yes it was bad. So bad that they even removed some of the bolts from the suspension/hull assembly (6 instead of 8 if I remember well )

Hello,
these photos have just arrived and as this vehicle is one of my favourite versions on the Pz IV chassis I thought some of you also like to see them
There is just one problem, I'm still buidling the Pz IV H and I just can't wait to start this here...

Hi folks,
Here are some photos of the new Jagdpanzer IV L/70
@tullskull, I think that the best references are still Spielberger and Panzertracts books.

Notger

Just superb details , the cut marks on the armour , the triple tack weld beads , the cast numbers moulded onto the sprue , interior details like the radio , beautiful cast details of the mantlet , machine marks on the sprocket housing , slide moulded exhausts , and just check out those sweet late tracks ! Thanks for posting Notger , you sold me !

Re: Jagdpanzer IV L/70 V
That does look soooo nice. I almost want to buy one.
I can totaly understand that. I have one that I kitbashed out of the AO kit that is about 90% finished (imagine that from me) sitting on my shelf. Maybe we could make a deal with Jenny and fix up a couple of Universal Carriers, and charge her when Dragon comes out with a new one

That is very, very nice. The thing that does it for me is the thickness of the styrene schurzen plates - the edges look just right.
You have to hand it to Dragon, they keep lifting the bar
