I said to myself when I started this hobby again that I would not buy resin figures but I think I'll have to make an exception for this one. The pose, the look on his face, the scratch on the knee... Beautiful... simply beautiful I love you I love you

The range of available figures can be seen on EuroModel Online Shop and Historica Books (Thanks Saul Wink )

The Evolution figures look really awesome - I'm planning to pick up their winter SS infantrymen. Smile

These figures have some very nice detail. I'd like to put an order in for their GRU officer and FSB soldier. Anyone know where these figures are manufactured?

Hi Kaleu,

I believe they're Russian made - since Sergey is Russian Wink

I've just ordered the 3 Wiking figures from http://www.euromodelshop.ch/

They've got a 10% discount on Evolution figures (to name but one special) until 26th June. Now admittedly they were a US$1 or so more expensive overall (hardly worth mentioning) than Historica Books, and they'll only have physical stock on the 10th of July, but what made me buy from them was 1) that they offer Economy postage as well as Priority postage (the other vendor only offers expensive priority postage - this may only be for non-US customers?); and 2) that not 2 minutes after looking at the postage amounts, and closing the window without ordering, I received a personal email from the owner telling me that the economy postage amount provided by the online for is wrong and that it should only be US$9, and not US$17.46, and that they'd refund any postage differences to my credit card. In my book it's just that extra personal touch that closed the deal for me cheers

I've tried to order one of the figure from Historica Books but the checkout procedure wasn't able to process the shipping charge. Something to do with my adress Question Sad

I've sent an email yesterday asking about their shipping charge and another one today about my problems but I'm still waiting Sad

Hi Richard,

Send Daniel at EuroModelShop an email and find out what his prices are like. His Economy postage time is estimated to be 8-15 working days - which isn't all that different to the time periods given by LuckyModel for their airmail service (some vendors quote their economy mail as being 6-8 weeks Shocked )

HTH

Thanks a lot. I didn't know about the owner of the company. A lot of good figures are coming out of Russia lately.
