Trumpeter fires back at Dragon

Well you knew this was inevitable, what with Trumpeter having an Ostwind on the future release list. Meaning they have, or were working on the 37mm AA gun.

Saw this over on TerryA's excellent PMMS site today. Check it out.Another choice of Sd kfz 7/2 coming up. Again with an ammo trailer.

To be honest I will have to wait for the Dragon kit, Trumpeter has a habit of screwing things up.

Great news!! Stil waiting for the Dragon SdKfz 7 though, any news on that one? Need something to tow my sFH!

Hopefully soon. Unless they both decide to do the bilstein crane on the Sd kfz 7 . Then it will be another couple months .

I think your gonna be right on that one. Unless Trumpeter surprises us and corrects the many little errors in the base Sd kfz 7 that TerryA discovered. For me, taken individually none of them are all that serious of a flaw. But when combined together, the Dragon kit comes out quite a bit ahead. Even with the errors in the Dragon kit.

The other question I have now, what with Dragon having a 37mm in the pipeline, are they going to try to out do Trumpeter on the coming Ostwind?
