Tank Workshop M50 turret
This is just a quick look at what comes in the package. 1/48 scale.
No instructions,or decals.
^
The muzzle brake will need to be drilled out.
The mantlet canvas cover is nicely done.
$30.00 US is the cost. You will have to look around for pictures of the M50. The M50 was based upon the large hatch M4A1,the M4A4. Those two were the early versions. The later M50's used the E8 suspensions.
The conversion from Tank Workshop is very nice. The only nitpick is the mold release agents used by them is very slick. The parts, after cleanup, but before assembly, should be soaked in a good cleaning solution. Here in the U.S.,there is a product called Simple Green. I will soak the parts in that stuff for a few hours, then wash them off. Simple Green is bio-degradable.

Hi Chad
Thanks for the review.
I don't normally go for 48th stuff, but I'll be interested to see how this goes.
