Just about completed the build.

The paint is on, still got a few fury bits to tidy up and I broke the machine gun barrel but should be right to do some weathering over the next week.

The tiger kit I built in last years Braille Scale Bonanza was like a miniature 1/35 scale kit, some etch bits, metal tow cables and everything just fitted right. But I can’t say the same for the Abrams, its a bit toyish compared to the tigre kit. The back engine plate did not fit real well and some bits don’t look quite to scale, but the tracks are great.

I’m finally done! I have been away from home with work for 18 days of this month so I haven’t had a lot of time to spend on the build so there definitely won’t be a base for this one. When I can find some kangaroo decals at the right scale I will paint over my poor effort at the red bunnies and replace with decals.







Can’t help myself, here’s a couple of photos of a very little panzer III I did a couple of years ago.

Nice work John! The Abrams is a big tank, especially the turret. It's about the same size of a small tank itself!

The camo is beautifully done also, good job mate.

The only set of generic Kangaroo decals I know of is from Mouse House in 1/35 scale !
